Recorded using a directional shotgun microphone into a zoom h4 recorder. Wind sock and hpf have been used to reduce rumble. This particular recording was of the first fountain which has a fairly deep sound. Recorded close for a focused sound.

Here is a recording i made of my toilet flushing. I used 3 microphones, one placed in the bowl, one place on the cistern and one placed about 2 feet away from the toilet. The mics were fed into a sound devices 664. The only post processing i did was mix the levels. Toilet bowl - shure sm57cistern - sanken cos11main mic - sennheiser mkh416.

This is a first attempt to record sound underwater, i build a small hydrophone according to the instruction gave us by digifishmusic, i could probably make it better but all considered i'm pleased whit it. The hydrophone was placed in a small river near where i live, just below the water surface but unfortunately it kept bouncing against the rocks so it's a bit noisy. Enjoy!.

Acc being thrown in water: this is a multi-purpose sound. Created by throwing an acc tablet into water, clear bubbles can be heard. A strong fizzing sound is very prominent. It sounds like champagne being poured if you would listen to it closely, or a fizzy drink, even champagne. The bubbly sound of this effect gives it it's character. Recorded with the zoom h6, rode ntg.

A water faucet set to drip in a chaotic manner, without much regularity. I put a plastic container lid under that for sound to be more pronounced, but that added crunchiness and now it doesn’t resemble dripping as much. Recorded with redmi note 5 phone, denoised in audacity plus filtered bass out a bit. P. S. I need to say that i foolishly recorded it into an im app and the recording ended up as. Ogg, so it’s not as good as could be. Still i hope there is enough spectral richness left. I should have used a dedicated recording app which writes. Flac files, i just hadn’t thought. Maybe several days later i’ll make a couple of other takes! (update: now i did. ). ———————. It was raining one night so i used a sony px720 digital voice recorder to catch some hopefully cool atmospheric type sounds. I placed the recorder next to my apartment window and stepped away for a few minutes. My window is situated right next to a rain-gutter so you hear the rain hitting the pavement along with the rain flowing down the gutter. You also hear four different cars drive by during the recording. Well that's about it hopefully these sounds are of some use to people.
